Today 12/12/20 when I first arrived I went to the locker area to change my skates and for some reason was holding my car keys in my hand before I started to change into my skates so I sat them down on the bench next to me, and I forgot to grab them when I put my shoes in my locker. To start it off if your lookjng for fun and something to do during this pandemic it's a great choice.

Our party planners explain restrictions to parents when they inquire about birthday celebrations so they can make an informed choice about having a party or get-together.
Along with cake and presents being brought in, DJ birthday shout-outs are a featured perk reserved for booked party packages. This establishment is all about the money and not the service. So what? If we're spending 60 dollars for a family of 4 and you are family friendly, what's the problem? Money. I told them that doesn't seem right but her response was, well we'd get 20 million requests a day. When I said no she told me she would not do a shout out for her. She asked me if it was her birthday and I said yes, then she asked if we paid for a birthday package through them. When we had 15 minutes left of our session I asked the woman behind the counter if the dj could do a shout out for my daughters friend. They don't want parties advertised if they aren't part of their party package, in which we were not having a birthday party.
I brought a gift in which the staff came and asked for the gift to be removed. Yesterday I took my 8 year old to skate with her friend for her birthday. I've seen girls in thongs with my 6 and 7 year old asking my why there are girls showing their butts. The music videos they play on the big screen are very inappropriate. First off Epic is supposed to be family friendly.
